Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Hazen Wildcats (Hardwick, VT) and the host Stowe Raiders (Stowe, VT), saw Hazen's basketball squad wallop Stowe by a tally of 70-40.

With the victory, Hazen improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Milton (Milton, VT) to confront the Yellowjackets in a Lake challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Milton won 45-34 in their recent league challenge against Winooski (Winooski, VT)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Montpelier Solons (Montpelier, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 9. Stowe will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
