California High School Basketball - Westview over Mt. Carmel
January 6, 2023: San Diego, CA 92129 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Westview Wolverines (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA), saw Westview's basketball squad overcome Mt. Carmel by a tally of 66-56.
With the victory, Westview improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA) to confront the Longhorns in a challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 7-5.
Next up, the Sundevils confront the Torrey Pines Falcons (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 9. Mt. Carmel will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 16-0 record after their 88-46 non-league win over Vista (Vista, CA).
