New Mexico High School Basketball - Espanola Valley nips Bosque
January 6, 2024: Espanola, NM 87532 Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Bosque Bobcats (Albuquerque, NM), 56-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Espanola Valley upgrades its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Sundevils travel to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Horsemen in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Horsemen come into the bout with a record of 4-6. St. Michael's lost 58-40 in their recent non-league bout against Bosque (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Crownpoint Eagles (Crownpoint, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Bosque will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 63-29 non-league loss to Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).
