Ohio High School Basketball - National Trail holds off Twin Valley South
January 6, 2024: New Paris, OH 45347 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) and the visiting Twin Valley South Panthers (West Alexandria, OH), saw National Trail's basketball squad hold off Twin Valley South by a tally of 38-37.
With the victory, National Trail improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Blazers host Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN) to confront the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-11. Cambridge City Lincoln lost 40-31 in their recent league challenge against Centerville (Centerville, IN)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks (Union City, OH) in a Western Ohio challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Twin Valley South will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 92-76 league win over Arcanum (Arcanum, OH).
