California High School Basketball - River Islands overwhelms Sierra

Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the River Islands Riptide (Lathrop, CA) and the visiting Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA), saw River Islands's basketball squad wallop Sierra by a tally of 45-10.

With the victory, River Islands improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Riptide travel to East Union (Manteca, CA) to confront the Lancers in a challenge on Monday, January 8. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. East Union won 45-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Liberty (Brentwood, CA)

Next up, the Timberwolves confront the Kimball Jaguars (Tracy, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Sierra will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
