Michigan High School Basketball - Benton Harbor trounced by St. Joseph
January 6, 2025: St. Joseph, MI 49085 St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Benton Harbor Tigers (Benton Harbor, MI), 65-15 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Joseph advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Bears travel to Portage Northern (Portage, MI) to meet the Huskies in a Southwestern Michigan - West match on Friday, January 10. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 0-8. Portage Northern lost 63-13 in their recent non-league match against Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MI)
The Tigers now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berrien Springs for a Lakeland match on Friday, January 10. Benton Harbor will meet a Shamrocks squad coming off a 64-20 non-league win over Coloma (Coloma, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 6-0.
