The Almont Raiders basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Armada Tigers to 51 in the Raiders league victory on Thursday.

The Raiders now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Croswell-Lexington for a Blue Water Area contest on Tuesday, January 11. Almont will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 64-45 league win over Yale (Yale, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-0.

The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Algonac (Algonac, MI). The Muskrats come into the Blue Water Area contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Algonac was nudged by North Branch (North Branch, MI), 56-53, in a league contest.
