The Andover Trojans (Andover, KS) basketball knocked off the visiting Central Mustangs (Salina, KS), 61-49 in Friday's league test.

The Trojans (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Maize (Maize, KS). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Maize went down by South (Salina, KS), 58-55, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Valley Center for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 11. Central will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 68-48 non-league win over Newton (Newton, KS). The Hornets record now stands at 7-1.
