The Southeastern Local Trojans basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the host West Liberty-Salem Tigers to 25 in the Trojans league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairbanks for a Ohio Heritage contest on Tuesday, January 11. Southeastern Local will battle a Panthers team coming off a 48-47 non-league loss to Elgin (Marion, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 7-5.

The Tigers (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH). The Lakers come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Indian Lake prevailed over North Union (Richwood, OH), 51-50, in a league contest.
