Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) and the host Schuyler Warriors (Schuyler, NE), saw Aurora's basketball squad wallop Schuyler by a tally of 47-7.

With the victory, Aurora improves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Huskies host St. Paul (St. Paul, NE) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 8. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-1. St. Paul won 72-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Seward Bluejays (Seward, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 11. Schuyler will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 37-32 league loss to Beatrice (Beatrice, NE).
