Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bedford can't hold off Bishop McCort

The Bishop McCort Crushers basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Bedford Bisons to 66 in the Crushers league triumph on Friday.

The Crushers now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Forest Hills for a Laurel Highlands contest on Monday, January 10. Bishop McCort will battle a Rangers team coming off a 64-37 league win over Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Rangers record now stands at 7-0.

The Bisons (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Huskies enter the Laurel Highlands contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Bishop Carroll was nudged by Forest Hills (Sidman, PA), 64-37, in a league contest.
