The Gridley Bulldogs basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Corning Cardinals to 49 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orland for a contest on Friday, January 14.

The Cardinals (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against Sutter (Sutter, CA). The Huskies enter the contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Sutter was nudged by Las Plumas (Oroville, CA), 48-44, in a league contest.
