January 7, 2023: Belvidere, IL 61008 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) basketball squad edged the host Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL), by a margin of 84-79.
The Skyhawks (4-9) will now prepare for their outing against Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Blue Streaks go into the Kishwaukee River outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, Woodstock was tipped by North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL), 51-43, in a non-league outing.
