November 27, 2022: McHenry, IL 60050 Fans at Sunday's non-league challenge between the McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL) and the visiting Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL), saw McHenry's basketball squad hold off Johnsburg by a count of 58-55.
With the victory, McHenry upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL) to play the Tigers in a Fox Valley challenge on Wednesday, November 30. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Crystal Lake Central lost 75-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Barrington (Barrington, IL)
Next up, the Skyhawks play the Rockford Christian Royal Lions (Rockford, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, November 30. Johnsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Royal Lions come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 86-60 non-league win over Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL).
