December 17, 2022: Maple Park, IL 60151 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL) and the visiting Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL), saw Kaneland's basketball squad overcome Johnsburg by a tally of 86-71.
With the victory, Kaneland improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Plano (Plano, IL) to play the Reapers in a Interstate Eight challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Reapers come into the challenge with a record of 2-9. Plano lost 44-40 in their recent league challenge against Sandwich (Sandwich, IL)
Next up, the Skyhawks play the Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) in a Kishwaukee River challenge, on Friday, January 6. Johnsburg will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
