Butte Central Catholic Maroons (Butte, MT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Frenchtown Broncs (Frenchtown, MT), 55-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Butte Central Catholic upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Maroons travel to Whitefish (Whitefish, MT) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-13. Whitefish lost 41-39 in their recent non-league bout against Cut Bank (Cut Bank, MT)

Next up, the Broncs clash with the Corvallis Blue Devils (Corvallis, MT) in a A Southwest bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Frenchtown will attempt to upgrade on its 13-1 season record.
