Maine High School Basketball - Mount View overwhelmed by Ellsworth
January 7, 2023: Ellsworth, ME 04605 The Ellsworth Eagles basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Mount View Mustangs to 49 in the Eagles league victory on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington Academy for a B North contest on Friday, January 13.
The Mustangs (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Medomak Valley triumphed over Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME), 51-46, in a non-league contest.
