Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD), 68-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Patriots travel to Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD) to clash with the Rough Riders in a AA bout on Thursday, January 12. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Roosevelt lost 54-41 in their recent league bout against Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD)
