With the victory, Waltrip improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Rams host Milby (Houston, TX) to confront the Buffs in a 5A Region III District 19 challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Buffs come into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Milby won 36-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Houston Math Science & Tech (Houston, TX)
