Minnesota High School Basketball - Goodhue nudges Minnehaha Academy
January 7, 2023: Goodhue, MN 55027 Goodhue Wildcats (Goodhue, MN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks (Minneapolis, MN), 61-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Goodhue upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Lake City (Lake City, MN) to clash with the Tigers in a AA Section 1 bout on Monday, January 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Lake City lost 69-62 in their recent league bout against Caledonia (Caledonia, MN)
Next up, the Red Hawks clash with the Apple Valley Eagles (Apple Valley, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Minnehaha Academy will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 0-8 record after their 58-11 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN).
