January 7, 2025: Houston, TX 77090 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Westfield Mustangs (Houston, TX) and the visiting Benjamin Davis Falcons (Houston, TX), observed Westfield's basketball team overwhelm Benjamin Davis by a margin of 59-37.
The Mustangs (10-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Eisenhower (Houston, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region II District 14 challenge with a 5-14 record. In their last challenge, Eisenhower was trounced by Aldine (Houston, TX), 79-67, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge, on Friday, January 10. Benjamin Davis will attempt to better on its 7-15 season record. The Generals come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 53-38 league loss to Dekaney (Houston, TX).
