In Tuesday's non-league test, the Preston Indians (Preston, ID) basketball squad trounced the host Burley Bobcats (Burley, ID), by a score of 69-41.

Next, the Indians clash with the Minico Spartans (Rupert, ID) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 9. Preston will attempt to improve on its 11-1 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 1-7 record after their 59-48 non-league loss to Canyon Ridge (Twin Falls, ID).

The Bobcats (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Century (Pocatello, ID). The Diamondbacks come into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Century bounced Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID), 60-58, in a non-league test.
