Next, the Wildcats clash with the Tara Trojans (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 8. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 8-12 record after their 56-49 non-league loss to St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA).
The Wolves (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Covington (Covington, LA). The Lions come into the 5A District 6 test with a 16-8 record. In their last test, Covington went down by Wright (New Orleans, LA), 88-84, in a non-league test.
