The Central Wildcats (Baton Rouge, LA) basketball toppled the host Hammond Tornadoes (Hammond, LA), 62-48 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Istrouma for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 5. Central will play a Indians team coming off a 61-55 non-league win over Jehovah-Jireh (Baton Rouge, LA). The Indians record now stands at 1-5.
