In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Tecumseh Indians basketball team scored a good 52-41 triumph over the Columbia Central Golden Eagles.

The Indians (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chelsea (Chelsea, MI). The Bulldogs go into the Southeastern - White contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Chelsea topped Edison Academy (Detroit, MI), 45-35, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the East Jackson Trojans (Jackson, MI) in a Cascades contest, on Wednesday, January 8. Columbia Central will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 44-40 league win over Napoleon (Napoleon, MI).
