With the victory, David Thibodaux advances its record to 16-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Ville Platte (Ville Platte, LA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, January 10. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 10-6. Ville Platte lost 64-61 in their recent non-league match against Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA)
The Sharks now own a 14-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Acadiana for a 5A District 3 match on Friday, January 10. Southside will face a Rams squad coming off a 49-47 non-league win over Tioga (Tioga, LA). The Rams record now stands at 14-16.
