December 21, 2024: Sulphur, LA 70663 Sulphur Golden Tors (Sulphur, LA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting David Thibodaux Bulldogs (Lafayette, LA), 60-42 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Sulphur advances its record to 11-2 on the year. The Golden Tors host Jennings (Jennings, LA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 5-5.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Port Barre for a non-league match on Monday, December 30. David Thibodaux will meet a Red Devils squad coming off a 59-48 non-league loss to North Central (Lebeau, LA). The Red Devils record now stands at 3-5.
