January 7, 2025: Three Oaks, MI 49128 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the River Valley Mustangs (Three Oaks, MI) and the visiting Eau Claire Beavers (Eau Claire, MI), observed River Valley's basketball team overwhelm Eau Claire by a score of 60-39.
The Mustangs (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against New Buffalo (New Buffalo, MI). The Bison come into the Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, New Buffalo was routed by Brandywine (Niles, MI), 75-47, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Beavers battle the Michigan Lutheran Titans (St. Joseph, MI) in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White challenge, on Friday, January 10. Eau Claire will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 85-23 league win over Countryside Academy (Benton Harbor, MI).
