The Loop Longhorns basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Meadow Broncos to 40 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Longhorns now have a 19-1 record. They play next when they travel to Dawson for a 1A Region I District 6 game on Friday, January 10. Loop will confront a Dragons team coming off a 63-28 non-league loss to O'Donnell (O'Donnell, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Meadow falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Broncos host Cotton Center (Cotton Center, TX) to confront the Elks in a 1A Region I District 5 game on Friday, January 10.
