Illinois High School Basketball - Riverside-Brookfield knocks off Ridgewood
January 7, 2025: Riverside, IL 60546 In Tuesday's league contest, the host Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 65-51 win over the Ridgewood Rebels.
The Bulldogs (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Wildcats come into the Upstate Eight contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, West Chicago was topped by Fenton (Bensenville, IL), 28-23, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) in a Upstate Eight contest, on Friday, January 10. Ridgewood will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Raiders come into the contest with a 7-8 record after their 52-51 league loss to Bartlett (Bartlett, IL).
