South Dakota High School Basketball - Webster overwhelms Tiospa Zina
January 7, 2025: Webster, SD 57274 The Webster Bearcats basketball team scored 78 points and limited the visiting Tiospa Zina Wambdi to 38 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bearcats now have a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Deuel for a non-league game on Thursday, January 9. Webster will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 65-58 non-league win over DeSmet (DeSmet, SD). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Tiospa Zina falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Wambdi host Hamlin (Hayti, SD) to confront the Chargers in a non-league game on Thursday, January 9. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 4-1. Hamlin won 74-52 in their recent non-league game against Castlewood (Castlewood, SD)
