South Dakota High School Basketball - Webster sneaks past Sisseton
January 23, 2025: Sisseton, SD 57262 The Webster Bearcats (Webster, SD) basketball edged the host Sisseton Redmen (Sisseton, SD), 51-46 in Thursday's league bout.
The Bearcats now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Waverly/South Shore for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. Webster will play a Coyotes team coming off a 52-35 league win over Wilmot (Wilmot, SD). The Coyotes record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Sisseton falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Redmen host Redfield (Redfield, SD) to play the Pheasants in a A Region 1 bout on Saturday, January 25. The Pheasants go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Redfield lost 87-24 in their recent non-league bout against Hamlin (Hayti, SD)
