In Tuesday's league test, the Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA), by a final score of 53-42.

Next, the Comets clash with the North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 10. Abington Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 7-5 record after their 63-16 non-league loss to Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA).
