The Rosamond Roadrunners basketball squad (Rosamond, CA), was outscored 52-39 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA)

With the victory, Bishop Union advances its record to 10-2 on the year. The Broncos host Desert (Edwards AFB, CA) to meet the Scorpions in a High Desert battle on Friday, January 10. The Scorpions enter the battle with a record of 10-5. Desert lost 50-48 in their recent league battle against Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA)

The Roadrunners now own a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knight for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 9. Rosamond will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 45-34 non-league win over Serrano (Phelan, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-5.
