Oklahoma High School Basketball - Dover can't get by Medford
January 7, 2025: Medford, OK 73759 Medford Cardinals (Medford, OK) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Dover Longhorns (Dover, OK), 56-52 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Medford advances its record to 6-1 on the year. The Cardinals host Kremlin-Hillsdale (Kremlin, OK) to meet the Broncs in a Cherokee Strip match on Tuesday, January 14. The Broncs enter the match with a record of 6-3.
The Longhorns now own a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mulhall-Orlando for a non-league match on Thursday, January 9. Dover will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 41-15 non-league win over Deer Creek-Lamont (Lamont, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 4-9.
