January 7, 2025: Wayland, MI 49348 The Wayland Wildcats basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Union Red Hawks to 49 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Wyoming for a non-league game on Thursday, January 9.
With the loss, Union falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Red hawks host Ottawa Hills (Grand Rapids, MI) to confront the Bengals in a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. The Bengals go into the game with a record of 0-0.
