January 7, 2025: Martinez, CA 94553 The Ygnacio Valley Wolves soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Alhambra Bulldogs to 0 in the Wolves league victory on Tuesday.
The Wolves now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to College Park for a bout on Thursday, January 9. Ygnacio Valley will play a Falcons squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Concord (Concord, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Alhambra moves to 2-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Miramonte (Orinda, CA) to play the Matadors in a bout on Thursday, January 9. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Miramonte lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Campolindo (Moraga, CA)
