The Johnson City Wildcats basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting Binghamton Patriots to 79 in the Wildcats league victory on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vestal for a Section 4 Southern Tier - Metro contest on Wednesday, January 12. Johnson City will battle a Golden Bears team coming off a 62-61 league loss to Union-Endicott (Endicott, NY). The Golden Bears record now stands at 1-5.

The Patriots (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Liverpool (Liverpool, NY). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record.
