Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) and the host Meyersdale Red Raiders (Meyersdale, PA), saw Blacklick Valley's basketball squad wallop Meyersdale by a tally of 69-35.

With the victory, Blacklick Valley improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to North Star (Boswell, PA) to play the Cougars in a Western Pennsylvania - Northern challenge on Monday, January 10. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. North Star lost 60-34 in their recent non-league challenge against United (Armagh, PA)
