The Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Bullard Knights (Fresno, CA), 69-64 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Patriots (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Roosevelt (Fresno, CA). The Rough Riders go into the North Yosemite test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Roosevelt was tipped by Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA), 65-60, in a non-league test.
