California High School Basketball - Independence crushes Hoover

November 15, 2021: Fresno, CA 93710

Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA), 84-53 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Independence upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Porterville (Porterville, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 17. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Patriots play the Bakersfield Christian Eagles (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 3. Hoover will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
