The North Community Polars basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the visiting Edison Tommies to 36 in the Polars non-league victory on Saturday.

The Polars now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rush City for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 11. North Community will battle a Tigers team coming off a 54-31 non-league loss to Maple Lake (Maple Lake, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-8.

The Tommies (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Breck (Minneapolis, MN). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Breck was nudged by Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN), 91-19, in a league contest.
