Oklahoma High School Basketball - Valliant holds off Coalgate
January 8, 2024: Valliant, OK 74764 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Valliant Bulldogs (Valliant, OK) and the visiting Coalgate Wildcats (Coalgate, OK), saw Valliant's basketball squad hold off Coalgate by a tally of 41-40.
With the victory, Valliant improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Rattan (Rattan, OK) to confront the Rams in a McCurtain Six challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 7-7.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Stonewall Longhorns (Stonewall, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Coalgate will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record.
