The New Milford Green Wave basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Weston Trojans to 33 in the Green Wave league triumph on Monday.

The Green Wave now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Joel Barlow for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11. New Milford will meet a Falcons team coming off a 44-5 non-league loss to Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 5-4.

The Trojans (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Newtown (Newtown, CT). The Nighthawks enter the Southwest - Patriot contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Newtown was routed by Immaculate (Danbury, CT), 46-42, in a league contest.
