In Wednesday's league test, the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA), by a score of 90-81.

Next, the Broncos encounter the Concord Bears (Concord, CA) in a Diablo test, on Friday, January 10. Northgate will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 4-10 record after their 55-47 non-league win over Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA).

The Panthers (5-7) will now prepare for their test against College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA). The Falcons come into the Diablo test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, College Park was knocked off by Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA), 48-39, in a league test.
