Washington High School Basketball - South Wasco County overwhelms Trout Lake
January 8, 2025: Trout Lake, WA 98650 The South Wasco County Redsides basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Trout Lake Mustangs to 31 in the Redsides league triumph on Wednesday.
The Redsides now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler for a 1A Big Sky game on Friday, January 10. South Wasco County will confront a team coming off a 72-61 league loss to Condon (Condon, OR). The record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Trout Lake falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Ione/Arlington (Ione, OR) to confront the Cardinals in a 1A Big Sky game on Friday, January 10. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 3-7. Ione/Arlington won 45-43 in their recent non-league game against Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR)
