Texas High School Basketball - Summer Creek crushes Kingwood
January 8, 2025: Kingwood, TX 77339 The Summer Creek Bulldogs (Houston, TX) basketball crushed the host Kingwood Mustangs (Kingwood, TX), 78-26 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 16-10 record. They play next when they host North Shore for a 6A Region III District 23 bout on Saturday, January 11. Summer Creek will play a Mustangs team coming off a 49-45 league loss to King (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 19-7.
With the loss, Kingwood falls to 13-14 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Humble (Humble, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 6A Region III District 23 bout on Saturday, January 11. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 16-11. Humble won 51-45 in their recent league bout against Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX)
