The Milby Buffs defeated the visiting Waltrip Rams basketball squad by a final score of 37-23 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next, the Buffs clash with the Sharpstown Apollos (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 outing, on Saturday, January 11. Milby will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Apollos come into the outing with a 0-10 record after their 68-8 league loss to Sterling (Houston, TX).
