January 8, 2025: Metairie, LA 70005 Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns (Metairie, LA), 5-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Benjamin Franklin moves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Falcons host Newman (New Orleans, LA) to clash with the Greenies in a non-league test on Saturday, January 11. The Greenies come into the test with a record of 9-2. Newman won 4-0 in their recent league test against St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA)
The Cajuns now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Episcopal for a non-league test on Friday, January 10. Metairie Park Country Day will clash with a Knights team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA). The Knights record now stands at 11-3.
