In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Newman Greenies soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns.

The Greenies (12-3) will now prepare for their outing against Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA). The Cubs go into the non-league outing with a 16-4 record. In their last outing, Mt. Carmel by St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA), 1-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Cajuns confront the Academy of the Sacred Heart Cardinals (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 21.
